Safety first- as always at BECK

BECK invested into the safety – especially for other road users - in two different ways: First thing is based on legal requirements as well as our sense of responsibility for other traffic participants as we enable the truck drivers from BECK as well as our trucking partners to get rid of the ice & snow which may have cumulated on top of their trucks during night and/or shift break. The stairs and walkway construction is ideally located on our premises – and smart enough: instead of building the construction from scratch the project manager used the building of our power station as a base. On top of this: a LED-powered thus energy saving flood light can be used at night to support the driver’s doing. The second safety-related investment is the replacement of the 50-year old small truck (so-called UNIMOG) who served as a snow plow and salt shaker almost for 40 years at BECK. The replacement vehicle is already more than 20 years old but in perfect shape to serve the need for safety on walkways and driving areas on BECK’s premises for the next decades.
